To throw money away or don't take the better investment. Now if the person can't control spending is so far in debt it makes complete sense not to invest and pay off cc debit. No way any invest is outpacing interest charges.

Depends on vesting. I can see where Dave is coming from on this. Most don't stay at a job long enough to be 100%.
