Totally weird. I worked for the BYU Biology department as a student
and had to go to the Bean Museum from time to time to assist the crew over there catalog items and the place gave me the creeps. I had heard at the time that hunters could donate the trophies to the university/museum as a tax write-off, so there were loads and loads of trophies in storage (what was on display was a fraction of the inventory). They had storage annexes over by the football stadium with the overflow (I believe where the intramural fields are today).

I did get to assist Skip Skidmore one time process 2 mountain lion cubs that had been poached- that was a unique experience!
