This is a clown comment bro.
Technically, Troy Taylor hasn't ever been an OC at the college level. He was a QB coach and "Passing Game Coordinator" at Eastern Washington. He had one great season there. Before that he was working for various California High Schools. He is a great offensive mind. I'm not bashing him. I think Troy Taylor will do very well at Utah.

But BYU scored 28.9 points per game last year with 200 yards of rushing per game and 200 yards of passing per game. The passing was lower than expected, but I felt we had our weakest receiving group in memory. All-in-all, I was impressed with what Ty did with the offense.

As for Ty's credentials, I believe Andy Reid and Brian Billick are better judges about his qualifications than either you or me.

Finally, I would question why the "drive-by" shot at Detmer when the OP was about Troy Taylor? You didn't even mention what was lacking in your mind to qualify as "coordinating a successful offense at the college level" Come on.
