They really are very talented and hard working WRs with great hands and better than average speed. What I have experienced throughout my recruiting process is that often 6'0 to 6'1 is "no-man's land". You find 5'9 receivers who run 4.5-4.6 fortys and coaches get all over them thinking they are perfect slot receivers who get lost by the defense. Then you find 6'3-6'4 WRs who coaches think are going to go win all the jump balls. The 6 - 6'1 guys who "run great routes, catch everything thrown in their direction, and run 4.6-4.7 fortys", are often placed in no man's land. Maybe there are more of us in that category so it's easier to take a lot longer to make decisions about us.
Dax Milne at Bingham is another very talented WR who runs great routes and is also in 6'1 no man's land. He likely doesn't get the attention he deserves having to share balls with Cosper. Milne and Moore are both really skilled receivers (I have worked out with them along with Cosper) and I hope that in the end, they both end up with great opportunities to prove that they belong on a D1 football stage. I would trade places with either of them all day every day. To have an elite 11 QB or be part of a top 10 nationally ranked team. Those guys have offenses and talented players around them to help them shine. How do I get guys like Pendleton and Tejan to advocate and promote my skills? Seems like the kind of guys that get results!
I'm still out here going to work every day like Kade and Dax and others...trying to prove that I deserve an opportunity. I have my team sitting at 2-0 after beating a DC team that smacked us by 45 points last year. Leading my team in TDs, receiving yards, rushing yards, and tackles.

Here's to hoping that more of the 6'1 WRs can earn their opportunities and prove that we belong.
