It took Utah a few years to really decide to change their recruiting. The last
year they were 5-7 they brought in a really athletic recruiting class and quality transfers. The coaches also figured out how to run a decent enough offense that could compete in the PAC12.
I think BYU's coaches are at a similar point in decisions to make and how to adapt schemes to legit P5 opponents.
