I'm very surprised!
I've read the report and read a lot of investigative/forensic type reports on businesses and this wasn't a suddenly pulled together overnight, politically motivated document. Freeh's firm was responding to a scope of work engaged by penn state, not some outside party, plaintiff counsel, or others with axes to grind.
Not sure what Costas' bent is here, but I didn't reach the same conclusion reading the report. I just encourage others to read it and stop relying on conclusions and opinions of others. See how you feel after you digest the details.
