many don't make it when recruiting strength is based so much on raw, natural potential--with developed skill often valued as a secondary strength.
This isn't saying Baxter doesn't have star potential in him. Given where he's at as a player, though, I'm not expecting him to come in & contribute immediately like Mika or Yoeli. Neither of those two are elite athletes like Baxter, but both were easily stronger coming outa HS, & both were much more physical in the way they approached the game.
