What I'm trying to get at is if the value in your hands is $5MM but in the
seller's hands it's $3MM and $1MM in other buyers' hands, then what would you be willing to pay for it?
I made the scenarios overly-complicated with DCF jargon. It's not meant to be a multiples vs. DCF question as much as a broader "amount you should be willing to pay" question.
