i'll be completely honest, if getting suspended weren't a thing, and my posts
getting deleted were the only "consequence", I would have very little regard for the rules and essentially post whatever I wanted all the time. granted, it wouldn't be that bad because I'm mostly pretty vanilla, but suspensions definitely discourage rule breaking.
