I agree with this. The only divergence I have is when it comes to temporary

versus indefinite. That is where the one-year rule I mentioned comes into play. Everything else that oohYeah says is what we do as well and matches with my post.

Here is a nice white paper on it with some of the relevant citations. Go down to page two regarding the temporary versus indefinite periods and the one-year test.
