College soccer would have to change radically. Remove the restrictions on length

of season and outside play and things like that kill it. The U.S. must adapt the way the rest of the world do it in this area of youth development. MAYBE a 'late bloomer'. But for the most part if a player is not a pro by 18 - 22 years old - college age typically - then they just aren't going to amount to much at the highest levels of the game anyway.
