I love Ty, but he is almost two years in. And, he came in knowing what kind of athletes we have.
I think he spent all last summer tweaking around a two tight-end set. Then MLP goes down and back to the drawing board. Then Tanner goes down...back to the drawing board again. Then, Hoge goes down...same thing.
I believe he will always be chasing, reacting, morphing from behind. His coaching approach will forever relegate to being a victim of circumstance. Way too permissive.
We haven't had over 200 yards passing 16 games (roughly).
He isn't going to make it. It is just sad.
