really, some of the best customer support interactions ive had were with apple (though ive had some bad ones). My other great customer support interactions were with Jet.com, and once with samsung.
some of my worst interactions were with microsoft (going through one right now), LG, and Xfinity (by far the worst) Thing is, i still like their products. My laptop is a surface, i prefer xbox over PS, i like windows 10, my next phone will be an LG, and xfinity is my only good option.
CS is important, but not the #1 when i buy a product
