just socializing and shooting the breeze. I'm guessing Kalani wanted to have a similar relaxed atmosphere with the coaches offices where players felt comfortable coming to his office at any time which apparently was not the case with Bronco's staff. I can see how that atmosphere can turn into a distraction but I don't see how turning the coaches offices into a Gestapo sweatshop will help the team either.
