We don't have to pretend there's positive things coming out of it or pretend we're okay with the crappy way they're playing or their crappy effort. But a loyal fan still won't abandon the team. I see it like when your friend or family is having some rough times and aren't exactly acting very cool but you support them anyway hoping they get back on their feet. To me being loyal means suffering along with them, so though it may be painful to watch, I still plan on going to the remaining home games. Or maybe I just like torture
