Liking it doesn't make it a good practice. Heck, I love ice cream every day but that doesn't mean it's a good idea.
My point is, you have no idea what their finances look like. Maybe they lease with a built up fund for big downs and like driving a new car every year or two. Maybe a relative owns an Audi dealership and gives them great deals. Just no way of knowing those things with so little info. I have a neighbor & family member with each of those situations. One is a Dink too.
