People were not complaining about the blatant disparity between the Warriors and everyone else until the NBA made the completely asinine move to raise the salary cap by 20+ Million in one offseason, enabling the Warriors to sign the best Free Agent in the NBA (also, the 2nd best player in the nba) without sacrificing a single competitive piece.

As a result, one of the best teams of all time that built their team the right way was able to break any sense of parity in the NBA by adding a max-contract player without having to unload the equivalent of another max player.

I don’t blame the warriors or KD, but the NBA broke the NBA when they enabled the GSWs to sign Durant without having to sacrifice any key pieces of their already championship caliber team.
