worked well. It's called fooey. It's strong citrus and bitter herb based. It's not too unpleasant smelling, but dogs don't like citrus. The only problem with it is that it really lasts, so any time you touch whatever you've sprayed, it gets on your hands, and if you forget and touch your mouth, it's pretty gross. We sprayed it on our artificial Christmas tree 10 years ago and still get some of it on us every year we get it out.
