we bought some nasty stuff to put on the cords and not only did it not work, the cat LIKED IT and would start LICKING the stuff off the cords. It actually, made it worse. but that's not the end of it.

The stuff wasn't short lived and every single time we would plug or unplug an iphone cord, this stuff would get on your fingers which inevitably would then get in your eyes and mouth.

In summary, the cat liked it, made him pay MORE attention to cords, and it got all over everything and really bothered us.
