Fair. But every NBA scout I heard interviewed said he lacked the length and
athleticism to get on a roster. Seems like he should have known he was likely headed to Europe. And if so, why not try to blow it up one more year in college and put up even better stats that might make you more likely to get drafted?
My point was just that if he's making somewhere in neighborhood of 60-80k as suggested, while that may sound cool to a kid that age, if your career span is 6 or so years making that and then you're 30 with no degree and other skills - not so cool any more.
