I had the opportunity to speak with a player on the team this week. He said there is no discipline on the team. The team feared Bronco but knew what he expected and performed up to expectations. With Kalani, every thing is so laid back that there doesn't seem to be any consequences to not performing up to expectations. The player even said that he didn't think that Kalani was the coach to lead us to a higher level. That is telling if a player makes such kind of statements. I was very disappointed.
