Check out Keepass - Free and Open Source and doesn't rely on a 3rd party to
protect your data. You can sync your passwords via dropbox or a similar service between devices, but your password files are encrypted locally before syncing, so no company has access to your information and if they have a security breach you don't have to worry that your passwords will be compromised.
Clients are available for Windows, Linux, Android, iOS, and MacOS
