Remeber, the BIG12 is financially better than ACC and PAC. Big10 & SEC don't...
...want Texas. Big10 & SEC might possibly take an Okl. Texas combo, but that is not on the table. OK St. is not going to be left out because of the OK state legislature.
Fact is, additional changes in the Big10/SEC don't add much in any direction and they are all wary of Texas anyway. aTm will veto any Texas addition.
Notre Dame could make things interesting, but still, I see the Big 10 raiding another ACC team because Nebraska would fight a Texas addition.
As things stand, I think the status quo remains but an 8 team playoff is likely at some point.
