Are you saying only polynesians have laid back cultures? I know there is certainly a perception of a laid back polynesian culture, but we've seen examples all over the place of intense polynesians who seem to be anything but laid back. It might be simply that Kalani tried to implement a laid back culture to appeal to polynesian players - but it was the fact that the laid back culture was fostered, NOT the fact that it was a polynesian coach(es) who were coaching.

They may have been inexperienced. They may have been bad. They may have sucked at their jobs because they were inexperienced or simply because they were bad and will never be any good. They may have tried to allow a laid back culture. They didn't suck simply because they are polynesians. As previously stated, there are plenty of polynesian coaches we could bring in that will be anything but laid back or sucky.

Your response simply stated (paraphrased): "Any coach we bring in who is a polynesian will undoubtedly suck" with the clear inference being that he sucks simply because of his island heritage. If you can't see how narrow and bigoted that sounds on its face, then I guess we're through with this particular discussion.
