Empy did a good job at the line, I think this year is one of the better years they had since Grimes left the first time. but I don't see where they will keep Empy if Grimes is the OC. Grimes will coach the line or the TE's and hire a QB coach.
Cahoon has to go!!! 2nd stint and the WR's got worse both times he was here. I like Cahoon but he is not a coach. Maybe hire Doman (don't ever think this will happen though) back as a QB coach he did good there just not OC.

I still think Detmer would be an awesome QB coach. Very different than OC. John Beck might be a very good QBC too.
