Cal athletics Dept is saddled with $400M+ in debt.
A month ago, Cal announced that it would trasfer part of that debt to the university.
The Chancellor is trying to deflect attention from its fiscal mismanagement.
The one thing I agree with is her criticism of the bloated expenses of tge conference HQ. Everything else is just whining.
