Seriously? If youre IN Vegas, as in standing there, and you say its on top of
the eiffel tower to someone while you are looking at something on top of the phony pint-sized eiffel tower in front of you, then I sure hope you or the addressee can figure out you mean the tower you are looking at. No ambiguity there.
