I'm guessing the racism being observed in angst against the poly culture
that Sitake has implemented. While I don't think that is racist to say he's implemented a laid back, poly friendly atmosphere in the program. That's true. And he didn't do it because he is a poly himself. It's a conscious decision on how to run the program that he made.
