When there are repeated instances of racism, is it possible to bring attention
to them without being accused of overstating things, or of trying to initiate racial battles? If so, do you have any real-life examples of how this has been done?

I ask because it seems as if any time anyone says someone or something is racist, someone accuses them of race-baiting.
