You've already been to Prague. I'd skip a repeat visit and go to Budapest
instead of Prague. It's a better, prettier, cheaper and less crowded Prague, in my opinion.
Since you are starting Copenhagen, you could hit Northern Germany - Kiel, Hamburg, Bremen. I'm biased since I served there, but they are neat cities, and much less visited than Bavaria.
