Honestly, if I were flying into Copenhagen and out of Amsterdam, I would go the
other direction, to the Netherlands, Belgium (esp. Bruges and Brussels), northern France (Mont-Saint-Michel, Normandy, Brittany, Rouen, Chartres, etc), the Rhine river valley (Aachen, Heidelberg, Koln) and Luxembourg. If you have enough time, you could also hit Paris and the Loire valley chateaux.
