Lunch = brown rice with chicken or a chicken salad. Dinner = protein with lots of veggies (prefer broccoli).
In all honestly it’s all about calories in vs calories out. I have fruit for snacks/dessert and try to limit my calorie intake to under 1800. I try to limit carbs but I don’t obsess over it.
I’ve also given up soda and candy/dessert. I may indulge in a sweet every once in a while but only if I’m under calories.
Exercise wise I hate running so I play basketball for an hour 3 times a week and then have quick (30-45 mins max), intense lifting/plyo workouts the other 3 days. My go to is just CrossFit.com and adjusting the workout of the day for my needs. I like what they post each day because it works every part of your body.
