anxiety about where I sit to poop, who sits in the stall next to me, or whether they see me afterwards. I go when I have to go. I sit on the bare seat (though sometimes I might have to clean it off with some TP first). I don't care who is next to me or if they see whites of my eyes while I'm washing my hands.

I actually have more anxiety about using a bathroom in my own home for fear of leaving a smell behind for other family members or guests to witness. Or being loud enough to be heard by family or guests.
