Very pleased with him and his firm. We have been audited in the past and in the one case it came back that
we overpaid and got some $$$ back based on the tight books he helped us to keep.
In the first few years of the business, I tried to do it myself but realized I was in over my head and then opted to get a professional accountant to do this stuff.

I am not a tax accoutant by trade, nor do I profess to understand it all. But does anyone else feel like the Govt.
