Is Weber St. really the Mecca of young football coaches??  I am hopeful for Hadley.  But, Empey and Cahoon both had more D1 coaching experience than Hadley or Fesi.  I don't see how BYU is increasing its experience level on the coaching staff when they hire a guy for his first full gig as a D1 coach and at the same time let go Steve Kaufusi who has 20 plus years of D1 coaching experience.  Count me in the wait and see crowd because I have some serious doubts about whether these changes are going to improve the win/loss record next season.
