Seriously? We have 3 OC's on the offensive staff who are position coaches
I like the experience we have on offense. This was a better offensive staff than many of us predicted was even possible and is a definite upgrade in experience over last 2 years.
Could they fail? Of course.
I like the direction though.

That's a valid point. The concern is more for those that are coming from FCS and BYU is their first FBS job.
