He was only being used for kicking super long FG's as a freshman, his biggest
contribution was that of kicking the football out of the back of the end zone on kickoffs.
Those two misses in 2008 were like 40-50 yarders that our normal FG kicker couldn't even dream of making, so they took a chance on a young kicker, but they are low percentage kicks for anyone.
