Ok..truth be told...I thought he passed away years ago...but I still remember going to BYU games in the 80's and whenever Moose came out to ref the game he would get a nice chorus of boos. He would smile and soak it all in. I was near the floor one game when he came out and boos were reigning down. Someone in the stands yelled "We are not yelling 'Moose'! We are booing you!" Moose had a shocked and fake sad look on his face before cracking up. I think he really enjoyed getting boos....
