I've spoke with a couple bigger YouTuber who say it's recently become a moving target and is frustrating. Unless you are in the 150k subs or higher its become very difficult to monetize effectively.

Its going to hurt new creators. My son has been asking to do a channel and so i thought it would be a good idea to do it together even if I stay on the production side but to do as more than a hobby I'm not sure the investment time wise is worth it. Creating content pretty much daily then editing can be very time consuming.
