so... you sorta can. Tonga, Folau, Katoa. And I don't think Tofa, Tuifua, or Ah You come to BYU without him.
He does have the chops as a recruiter, just needs to prove he has the chops as a coach. Kids with offers to USC, Oregon, Bama, and Washington aren't going to stick around if BYU is going 4-9. Doesn't matter how good the recruiter is.
