had knee surgery 4 weeks ago. been improving to the point i was able to play in a soccer game last week.

sunday i twisted it pretty bad on the ice. It hurt like a word that would flag this message for editing.

i relaxed sunday and monday. it improved each day. yesterday was also an improvement. but there are still times when it hurts like a donkey kicking a lamp post.

taking lots of advil and tylenol.

went to the doc this morning. he felt around, said because it has been improving he thinks it's not a re injury of the hernia and it will improve. just to take my time. This was my general practice doc, the surgeon was unavailable for a couple weeks.
