Banks don't have resources to look back and see that type of information. She
sounds like a good candidate for a credit union. Banks don't make money off clients that can't keep their accounts current. The fees don't even cover their own costs, let alone all the crooks trying to commit fraud. The cost to a Bank for housing people's money is 25 to 30 basis points and when they keep low balances and go negative on their accounts, Banks would rather the client leave. It's amazing that people expect anything less.
