I didn't look at the statements. As I've described elsewhere, I have advised
her to have separate accounts for each of her businesses and to keep the funds segregated (don't pay the expenses of one business with funds from another, don't pay personal expenses without taking a draw first and then paying the personal expenses out of a personal account etc.). As far as I know that's what she has done. She was planning to transfer funds from her personal account back to the business account in question to cover the shortfall. The monthly check came in, as it always does, she remembered she hadn't transferred personal funds from her personal account at the bank over the business account, got startled and immediately went to deposit the check into the proper account as always.
