would it be more exciting if they divided up the bids equally among all
conferences? 32 conferences. 64 bids. Every conferences gets 2 bids. Tons of Cinderellas. Would that be the right way to do it? More exciting? Keep the same cash flow?

Yes, we need a bid to go to a 15 loss team whose conference has 7 other teams in
