I was up at the top of the first bowl on BYU's sideline at about the 20 yard line. I brought my BYU flag and waved it high and proud every time something good happened. The game itself was boring and quiet for the most part. Nobody had any energy and fire as far as I could see. We also had plenty of injuries in that game.

Before the game we went and got pictures next to the equipment truck and walked down to the gates in the corner of the stadium. After the game I got my flag signed by Handsome Tanielu and also saw Ty Detmer. Afterwards, we ran into someone from our bishopric who watched the game with his wife and little kids.

This was our first game since playing at Houston in NRG Stadium (Reliant at the time) which was a great game. I hope that Kalan I especially being energetic and showing the emotion he showed against utah in 2016. Maybe he should treat every game like he did that one game.

I sure hope that last year was just an off year. Signs point in the right direction to be good again. Kalani, please, Make BYU football great again!
