I disagree. USC's ceiling is much higher than Utah's. When Utah puts together
a great season they compete for and win National championships. When Utah puts together a great season(for them) they might get lucky to play in a Rose bowl if it's a down year for the P12 but they will get left out of the 4 team playoff.
You're ceiling is not the same as another just because potentially you can win a national championship, you actually have to be good enough to win a national championship too.
