pretty generic term now. And not all bigs are created equal.
Are you going to argue against some of the bigs we've seen lately? Guys like Embiid and KAT? They're not just "bigs." That doesn't do justice, and neither does the generic version of "playmaker."
One article talks about that term as being a "two-way disruptor." Ayton can be elite on both ends. He can completely change the way your defense functions, like we've seen in Utah. And he can hurt defenses because of his elite athleticism inside, and ability to step out.
