Speaking of Everest, what are the greatest, most grueling, extreme achievements
Criteria:
- I am not talking about something only 1 or 2 people could do and it can't be something you could only do if you had certain physical attributes. Most people could do it if they were willing to put in the vast amount of energy and time
- Achievements should be physically, mentally and emotionally challenging
- Achievements probably require more than just a year to get ready for
- Risk of death or severe disability is legit
