yeah, it was a very full day. We spent only 30-45 minutes at the top
with our heads killing us and didn't take much breaks, but I don't believe we made it back until around 7:30 or 8 pm.
It was incredible to see some people running it. I was in pretty good shape for a 17 year old and there were people making it down that had already passed us on the way up, while we were still on our way up....
Some runners out there are machines.
