through running the ball more because lanes are opened up. With some better offensive output, I'm expecting the D (and especially the D Line) to play better because they're more rested. I watched the old East Carolina game with Mangum as a Freshman when he played under Anae. I think he struggled under Detmer's offense. I'm expecting Grimes to tailor the Offense to whomever he selects. If Mangum can play like he did during his Freshman campaign, I'm expecting more wins. 7-5 or 8-4 would be great. The extra two wins might be Arizona and Cal. I'm looking forward to Khyris (sp?) Tonga on the D Line. If our offense plays better and we have a more rested defense, I think our degense plays better. But I'm also still saying that I've adopted the state of Missouri's philosophy as the "show me" state. Show me on the field and then I'll become a believer again.
